OnQ RI is Hilton’s centralized rate and inventory management application within the OnQ platform. It enables revenue and reservations teams to configure rate plans, manage room availability, and apply stay restrictions across properties and brands. Updates publish in near real time to Hilton’s central reservation and distribution systems, helping maintain price integrity and accurate availability across direct and third-party channels.
The system supports bulk and effective-dated changes, role-based permissions, approval workflows, and detailed audit trails to promote control and compliance. Designed for multi-property operations, it provides consolidated views and operational reporting to support demand management, special events, and day-to-day revenue actions. OnQ RI integrates with other OnQ modules to streamline end-to-end hotel distribution and revenue processes.
